What to expect during your first visit.
Arrival & Registration
Check-in at the reception and complete basic paperwork.
Vitals & Pre-screening
Initial assessment of vitals and symptom logging.
Detailed Consultation
One-on-one discussion of your concerns with Dr. Ray.
Clinical Examination
Physical examination of ears, nose, or throat using specialized tools.
Diagnostic Procedures
Advanced tests like endoscopy or audiometry if required.
Treatment Planning
Detailed explanation of diagnosis and recommended next steps.
Follow-up & Discharge
Scheduling follow-up visits and completing the visit.
What to Bring
- •A valid photo ID (Aadhaar or PAN card)
- •Any prior reports (X-rays, audiograms, MRIs)
- •A complete list of your current medications
- •Your questions, written down on paper
What We Will Not Do
- •We will not recommend surgery on your first visit unless it's a critical emergency.
- •We will not push hearing aids before a comprehensive audiometry assessment.
- •We will not order diagnostic tests that we cannot independently interpret.
Coming with a Child
We acknowledge that visiting a doctor can be terrifying for a young child. We examine children gently, explaining our instruments to them before we use them. Our priority is a tear-free diagnostic process.
